Care for Liver

Good rest and sound sleep is very Important... if u don't sleep well, The toxic in your body will accumulate.. Affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:

1.
Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2.
Not urinating in the morning.
3.
Too much eating.
4.
Skipping breakfast.
5.
Consuming too much medication.
6.
Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7.
Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8.
Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

Because: Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals.

Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

CARING FOR YOUR LIVER

Your liver is the largest organ in your body, and responsible for numerous processes that keep you alive and healthy. It has an immense capacity to heal and regenerate, but that capacity is not infinite. Unfortunately, signs of liver damage usually do not show until the liver has been significantly harmed, and treatment at that point is extremely difficult, or even impossible in some cases. The best protection is prevention! Follow these tips to keep your liver healthy:

Avoid excessive alcohol. Alcohol causes liver damage. If you drink to excess, your liver won't get a chance to repair the damage before the next onslaught.Avoid unnecessary medication. Your liver detoxifies your body, and that includes the chemicals that make up the medications you take, including over-the-counter medicine. If you do not absolutely have to take medicine, save your liver the stress - don't take it!

NEVER mix different medicines without consulting a pharmacist or physician. The chemicals you mix can form a toxic compound that will damage your liver, or worse.Do not mix medicine and alcohol. This is especially true for acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol and other over-the-counter pain relievers Practice safer sex - don't risk hepatitis B (and, to lesser extent, hepatitis C) Don't use illegal drugs. If you do -get help and stop.Don't share items that may have bodily fluids on them - needles, razors, toothbrushes, etc.

Wear a mask and protective clothing when spraying chemicals at home or in your yard. Your liver can be damaged by what you breath or absorb through your skin. Travel wisely: if traveling to an area with a moderate or high rate of hepatitis A:
-Get Vaccinated
-Avoid eating uncooked food, including raw vegetables.
-Avoid drinking unboiled or unbottled water. This includes drinks with ice cubes.
-Brush your teeth with boiled or bottled water.

Visit a travel medicine clinic before traveling. You will not only protect your liver, but the rest of your body as well!

What can Cause Liver Inflammation?

Hepatitis is a general disease name for liver inflammation and can have many different causes. Among them, viral infection is one of the most common.

1. Viral infection: Many viruses can cause liver inflammation and they are infectious and transmittable. Now we know, the major viral causes of hepatitis are HAV, HBV, HCV, HDV, and HEV. Recently, HFV and HGV have just been discovered. Among them, HAV and HDV are usually self-limited infections and rarely become chronic or progress to cirrhosis. Chronic HBV and HCV infections on the other hand, are the most common. These types of the hepatitis can progress to serious liver diseases, such as cirrhosis and liver cancer. Patients who have Hepatitis C should definitely have the HAV and HBV vaccinations in order to avoid co-infection with these two kinds of viral infections. Co-infections can dramatically accelerate the progression rate of the chronic condition.

2. Alcoholic hepatitis: Alcohol abuse can cause liver inflammation because alcohol and its metabolite are toxic to liver cells. If a person takes in 150g of alcohol daily for about 5 years, 90% of them will have various liver damages. For 10 years, 34% will have chronic alcoholic hepatitis and about 25% will progress to cirrhosis. Alcoholic liver diseases are three times more common than HCV infection. Thus, it is very important for patients with HCV to avoid any alcoholic drinks.

3. Drug or chemical intoxication: Many drugs and chemicals can cause liver damage and induce hepatitis, such as carbon-tetrachloride, amethopterin, tetracycline, acetaminophen, fenoprofen, etc. The degree and severity of the liver damage is dependent on the dosage, the length of the course, and individual's constitution. Long-term drugs or chemicals can induce chronic hepatitis, even cirrhosis. Thus, people with hepatitis C should avoid taking unnecessary drugs and stop using any recreational chemicals. When there is an infection or condition that calls for antibiotics or pain-killers, the patient must also be careful when choosing the drugs. Always inform your doctor of you liver condition if you he or she is unaware and is prescribing medication for you.

4. Others: Many other systematic infections can also infect the liver, such as EBV, bacteria infections. They can also cause liver enzyme elevation and other liver dysfunctions. In these diseases, the liver inflammation is only part of its systematic manifestation. People with hepatitis C should be careful to protect themselves from possible infections. Any infection can stir up immune reactions which can worsen the symptoms of hepatitis C.

If the liver inflammation last less than six months, it will be considered acute hepatitis; if the disease course becomes longer than six months, the liver inflammation become chronic.
